酒店離民航大北院很近，在周邊屬于比較方便的酒店

晚上沒有熱水，只寫張紙條通知！也沒有説法。早餐服務太差，菜品少，沒人收拾。

酒店很老有90年代的氣息，我住進來后找到了兒時的“感覺”，記得兒時冬天去縣城親戚家，他家非常冷，晚上睡覺要把用被子把頭蓋起來，不然凍鼻子??，幾十年了，再也沒有那種感覺了，這次重拾起了回憶。還有意外驚喜，打開浴巾有一根長發飄落，讓我浮想連篇。

We stayed at this Hotel, As we were under the impression that it's Near the Airport.
It's most definitely not walking distance from the airport.
In terms of distance, it's still quite a Drive from the airport.
Travellers should allow at least 25 minutes, depending on traffic.
The Hotel is adequate, however it seems to mostly cater for Airline personnel at this stage.
Regardless, it's still a good choice, for travellers seeking practical accommodation.

很不好的入住體驗，想通過攜程協調把房間改成午休房，攜程回覆協調不了，酒店沒賣過午休房。
1.房間有一股很不好聞的味道
2.電梯指示是壞的，6樓顯示5樓，8樓顯示7樓
3.大床房升級了套房，空調是壞的
4.空調師傅過來維修后，弄的地面都是白墻灰渣渣，讓客服來打掃，客服説沒有人
5.餐廳的狗不理包子是那種速凍的
6.晚上餐廳收銀員和服務員只有一個人

The hotel exterior is quite old however it look big and located far from city. Eventhough it seem that it is near binhai airport but it still take a bit longer time to and from binhai airport since there is no direct street to the hotel. The taxi do not happy and angry to deliver the guess to this hotel. There is nothing around hotel. It is not conveniet if you want to eat or buy something. The way to the hotel is quite isolated and make us feel so scare. We arrive by 11 pm , the hotel main door is closed and there is no reception. The light is turned off that make us feel worry. The breafast is not good.
The room interior is ok. It look new and there is all important aminities.

服務不錯，但前臺接待微笑服務。，哈哈，錄入信息的前臺接待，業務不是很熟悉，可能是新員工.但是服務態度一直也很好，我帶著小孩一家三口入住，前臺員工建議我選擇2米寬大床，三口住會比較寬敞舒服。酒店地理位置超級方便， 前臺員工的工作效率很高，非凡国际幾間房一起辦理入住，很快就辦好了，態度也很好，感覺到了酒店的風采！房間好，菜也不錯，價格合適！前臺服務態度很好，房屋很空敞，空調很涼爽，衛生很干凈，交通很方便，入住很滿意。

地理位置方便，整體還不錯！酒店服務很熱情周到，衛生打掃的很干凈，距離辦事的地方很近步行就能到達，酒店環境非常好，前臺服務超贊，因為入住較晚，加之第二天一早要趕飛機，酒店前臺得知特意給我申請了房型升級，感謝你們的細心照顧。 每次都有贈送水果，很溫馨，有種回家的感覺，早餐也是超級棒棒噠 酒店的服務好的沒話說了， 服務員很有禮貌，隨時微笑打招呼， 早餐不錯，酒店位置蠻好的，設施也不錯 第二次轉回來入住，真心推薦這家酒店，細節做得很到位。
