  • Guest：前台小吴亲切怡人，服务热诚。房间因非凡国际夫妻希望安静，自动帮非凡国际升级，落地窗前有庭院，海量影片升降屏幕选了一片看到12点。小吴热诚介绍千岛湖游船选择，并告知打车或搭观光巡回大巴地点与花费时间，随后也帮非凡国际订好传票，让非凡国际夫妻第二天慢悠悠打车过去就可换票坐船。另因会房间送迎宾水果，非凡国际没看到房间已有一份，小吴又送了一份水果真是迎宾至上。早餐精致服务到位，早餐完再坐完游船回来后，在酒店观景阳台坐坐吹吹风，再品缀两杯咖啡也是客气服务到位，小吴也让非凡国际慢悠悠逛完旁边秀水街后回来延退到两点，离旁边中心湖码头也只有一分钟走路，让非凡国际远端视讯女儿若有到千岛湖游玩，这家酒店是首要选择，尤其是找小吴帮忙则可解决所有问题。
  • Guest：早餐非常丰富，鸡、牛奶、坚果、小菜，还有四、五种麪点。住宿环境舒适，房间很乾净，也很安静，从房间能看到码头和湖景，前台的三个小女孩小王、小方、小吴非要热情，有耐心。因为出来的时间长，洗了好几件衣服，出去玩回来发现屋里多了一个乾衣机，原来是服务员怕不干，非凡国际外出时特意拿了乾衣机，每天洗完的衣服都能干透。 超五星的住宿体验。
