  • Guest：Good stay for a night for next day early flight. Great location! Free airport transfer. Overall great!
  • Guest：Let's start, should offer airport pick up service, called to arrange then we got a phone call to say they can't pick us up therefore make your own way to the hotel and we will refund the taxi, however it was very very hard to get a taxi because the location is close therefore wasted nearly 1 hr at 01:00 to get a short ride to the hotel. The bed is very very uncomfortable because it's on a wood board with no support, therefore woke up a few times in agony plus the road is loud, quite terrible to be honest and breakfast -----/ YUCK!!! Should be ashamed of yourselves serving cold inedible food...

  • Guest：Orange Hotel is very clean and we stayed in a non-smoking room as requested. The facilities in the room are decent and modern. It is convenient since we arrived in Kunming late at night and this hotel served as a good place to rest since the public transport (metro) stopped running by the time that we arrived. If you are sensitive to bright lights, I would have to mention that my sleep was affected by the bright lighting panels at the bedside (the panel to switch on the lights in the room are illuminated the entire time) and also the automatic lights (motion sensor) flicker on from time to time when I flip to the side during my sleep. I understand that the intention is to enable guests to be able to easily navigate the room in the middle of night (especially when they want to get up and go to use the bathroom), however in my case, it ended up affecting my sleep. A way to get around that would be to use a pillow or blanket to cover the lighting panel to ensure that its brightness will not affect your sleep. It would have been convenient to have the hotel's wechat number in advance to organsie the airport shuttle transport. I had to contact the hotel's number by phone call and luckily we could because we had some minutes of calls enabled by roaming otherwise you will have to end up calling a ride/taxi to the hotel yourself. All in all, I would say it offers value in terms of price and if you just need to stay in a hotel near the airport, it does offer you what you need.
