  • Guest：The location was nice.There was nobody at the reception and the phone was out of order.We needed toilet paper and we couldn't communicate to find someone to give us.At the check out we had to just leave our key at the front desk because there was nobody there again. Generally they just check you in and you don't see them again
  • Guest：This hotel provides free shuttle service from Fenghuang highspeed railway station. Upon arriving, lady boss came to the main entrance of the scenic area to pick us up. We had to drag our heavy luggage about 100m to reach the hotel. It was well located inside the scenic area. Very quiet at night and we wouldn’t be disturbed by the tourists at all. Our room is located on the highest floor with a balcony overseeing the view of Furong town. Our room came with a mahjong table and we fully utilised it at night before sleeping. Room was clean. Lady boss also assisted us to book shuttle taxi to the railway station the next working day (self paid). Overall, would recommend this hotel for those who preferred quieter space.
  • Guest：This was such an amazing experience. Hotel staff were absolutely amazing !!!!! I had another hotel booked but that wasnt in the ancient town as i thought and only realized when i arrived in furongzhen train station ordering didi.... anyway, i managed to get a room with them and they got me picked up real quick and literally took care of me the whole time. Being a female solo traveler sometimes we have last minute stuff like this and i felt like was being hugged with kindness. Will forever be grateful for the kindness and taking care of me the whole time i was there. The inn is literally in an ancient building, is so cool honestly i loved it so so so much. Town is magic at night and so safe you can walk everywhere with no issues and the inn is super close to everything there. I totally recommend ??????????
  • Guest：The hotel provided a free pick up from the railway station and the staff was there to meet us at the entrance and helped to bring our luggage up to our room. There is no lift in the hotel. The lady and guy running the hotel are very friendly and helpful. However there is no breakfast available and we have to get our own breakfast. It would be better if they can provide a cooked breakfast. Cleanliness can be improved though but is acceptable
