I recently stayed at your hotel, I was unable to contact any hotel staff, and more importantly, there was no electricity or running water available throughout the night. This caused a great deal of inconvenience and discomfort, and it significantly affected the quality of my stay
And the hotel took no responsibility for the situation at all.??????
