Location, location, location. Walk across the road and you're on the beach. Great restaurants and takeaway all within walking distance. We stayed in the 3BR Apt. This was our 15th year staying at Aquabelle. You can beat it.

We had a very enjoyable time at Aquabelle. The apartment was clean and tidy and had a very relaxing atmosphere. There was also plenty of kitchen utensils to use for cooking so you don’t need to eat out every meal. The bed was great to sleep on aswell. The location is perfect, right across the road from the beach so you don’t need the hassle of finding a carpark yet nice and private with secure on site parking. We would definitely book here again. This was our second time staying at Aquabelle 2, with 3 bedrooms. Easy to book and easy check in. What a wonderful view of the ocean. Donna was very professional, friendly and excellent with communicating. The Apartment was amazing, modern, clean and very comfortable with everything you need. Beds were so comfortable. We will definitely be staying again soon. Thanks Donna.

This was our second stay at Aquabelle and once again we absolutely loved our weekend away, we have stayed in Aquabelle 4 once and this time we were in Aquabelle 5 and I cannot fault either. Beautiful apartments, located in the heart of rye opposite the park, Beach and Pier. Easy walk to massages, bars, cafes and restaurants, secure parking and super comfy beds and the most impressive bathtub on the peninsula. Games are supplied for those lazy afternoons with views to die for across the bay, a full kitchen, laundry and 2 bathrooms - winning. Don't hesitate - book it, you will love it. Thankyou Donna and Vesna, we can't wait to come again.

Nice Apartment in great location Lovely view over the bay, in unit 5 The bathtub in my bathroom had a big dead blowfly in it when I arrived and I was not sure if it was cleaned properly, but maybe that could be the look of the bath itself. The stairs leading to the room bringing up a heavy suitcase is not ideal. When watching tv on my first night the tv kept turning off and then the volume kept muting or going lower. This was really odd as I was not even holding the remote. I thought maybe the people in the room next door may have there tv on the same wall and maybe the people using that remote was affecting my tv. After an hr or so it sorted itself I was only there for 2 nights and did stay in Sorrento for 1 night days before but Aquabelle Apartments rooms overlooking the bay are great and better than my view in Sorrento I would definately stay again if I was to visit the Mornington Penninsula

Beautiful accommodation. Stayed in a few different apartments. Been coming for years. Always clean and wonderful location.

Beautiful interiors in the one bedroom apartment we stayed in. Very stylish, light and airy, and importantly the bed was very comfortable as was the air conditioning. Very close to the beach and the action of Rye. Recommend Papi's Pizzas and the local pub.

We really enjoyed our time there. The units were very well appointed, quiet and very well maintained. The sea view from the unit was really great & this was the best part of our stay.Also the pricing was excellent.I would not hesitate to recommend it to family and friends

Great location for our stay in Rye. We were lucky enough to have a view of ocean & pier. Easy check in. There are a few stairs to access unit, but once you are unpacked it wasn’t a problem. Plenty of restaurants & cafe’s within walking distance. It was a great base for our golf.

LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION. Just completed our 14th stay and have stayed in Apt 1, 2 & 3. All straight across from the water with a very short walk to a large variety of restaurants. Quality accommodation with secure parking. OUTSTANDING service from Donna & Vesna.
