We have stayed here before.
Love the amenities especially the heated pool and spa all year round. The Villas have everything you need, spacious and clean.
The only negative for us this time was the man using a blower vac every morning between 7am and 8am that woke me every morning.
When you’re getting away for a short break to rest it was frustrating.
And noticed he was blowing the leaves in to a drain which is a flooding hazard for you guys in heavy rainfall.

The bed was clean. The soft furnishings, carpet and curtains as well as kitchen cabinets had mould smell ??
We didn’t use laundry or garage but it was nice to have that. Great to have lots of space including the outdoor. More attention is to be paid to cleaning toilets!

Great villa in an excellent locations near the Koala centre and the beach/cafes. Easy parking in a secure garage. Very spacious and beautiful layout, comfy bed and room. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay again!
Suggestion: the property should send after hours access details regardless of guest arrival time. We were unexpectedly delayed and missed the narrow 2-5pm checkin window and were unaware that we had to notify the property ahead of time. It resulted in a very stressful hour of us not knowing if we’d be able to access our villa or if we had to book a night elsewhere. We eventually received a code via text but would’ve made sense to have received this automatically when we hadn’t checked in by 5pm.

酒店前臺基本是關門的，拿鑰匙是門口的密碼箱，還鑰匙也是門口的一個箱子，車子停在自己房子的車庫里，免費的。酒店是那種全木頭結構的房子。住了一晚，房間比較小，廁所一般般。關鍵洗澡只有頂上的噴頭，沒有手拿的，廚房設施倒還可以。沒有任何一次性用品，只有浴巾，但是浴巾看上去臟臟的。沒敢用。
