Just to inform you, we tried to call you 4 times, but you didn't pick up, so we don't know if you were still coming or not. 2nd, from the word itself after hours, do you expect the reception to be open afterhours? Just some advice for better travel experience in the future, be more responsible with your booking instead of blaming someone for your irresponsibility, read the information of the motel or hotel you are staying in make sure there is an afterhours in case you are arriving late. if you are, make sure to give the property a call to arrange something. because we are not a psychic to know what you are thinking. and lastly, I did let you check-in even after my paid working hours.I also want to apologize about the broken handle on cabinet. We must have missed it.I hope you still had a nice stay.Cheers!
