Dear Henrik, we are terribly sorry for your experience and thank you for your feedback. Because of the constant rain, we do see more bugs than usual. But the bugs will die due to the pest control treatment. Guests' comfort and safety are always our priority. Dear Margaret-Ann, thank you for your review. Cutlery and plates can be provided upon request. We have security screen over the window and there's no way for anybody to open the window from outside. You insisted someone could take the security screen off and get into your room. The reason we were explaining that to you was because you stayed in the room and used the room before raising your concern. We still respected your concern and changed the room for you. Hope you had a good sleep and enjoyed your stayed. Thank you for staying with us!
