Such a great place

Our stay in the Sunset Suite was absolutely perfect! The attic-style suite was cozy and spotless, with the most romantic views of Melbourne—especially from the double spa in the living room! We also loved the private balcony, so relaxing. We can’t wait to come back! Awesome stay!!!

Due to COVID over the past few years it has been hard to celebrate our Anniversary. This year we left it to the last minute hoping all would stay open. We searched for something, anywhere and this was one of the last places to come up. We booked the Manor room and so glad we did. It was cozy and peaceful. very well equipped and brekky was a nice touch. My wife now wants to come back during winter it was so beautiful. Have to agree with a previous comment tho. Fix the front sign as even we almost missed the residence as it is very faded. Still not a big enough thing to deduct a star. when you have "WELCOME WILLIAM" on the front door to where you are staying. THANK YOU.

My partner and I stayed during the major storm that left half a million people/businesses without power and we still LOVED IT. We had power and hot water for 2 hours before the storm took it out but we still had a roof over our head and a bed to sleep in surrounded by a landscape that the storm just made 30x more beautiful than it already is. We were OFFERED A FULL REFUND for the inconvenience even though the weather is completely out of their control and even offered for alternate accomodation to be organised on their behalf. We were more than happy to stay where we were and we made our stay well worthwhile. Overall would highly recommend, Arnica Views communication and care was top class and my partner and I LOVED our stay even in not entirely ideal circumstance.

The surrounds are lovely. The place is just ok. Bedroom loft with only bathroom being downstairs. Very inconvenient at nighttime. Boast of fresh breakfast supplies, but, despite the many bakeries nearby, they provide a frozen (yuk) rather than fresh loaf of bread. A few maintenance issues too (eg broken window winder meant couldn’t open bedroom window). Nearly good, but just not quite.

Stayed in The Loft for 2 nights. Great price, friendly and helpful service via email and text. Breakfast materials provided . Romantic with candles (just no matches). Great spa but be aware Loft has steep stairs and low roof. Image has a couch but unit had 2 comfy chairs. Spa was relaxing
