The place is as described - we were on the 3rd level so was a walk up - no lifts. Out unit was clean and tidy. It is an older place and as such you need to adjust your expectations to the price you are paying. It was comfortable, handy to everything and we had a nice view from the balcony. Would I stay here again? If I was travelling with the same group - most definitely, It was everything we needed. If i wanted a more luxurious holiday, no - pay more and get the more modern serviced apartment.

Pics must have been photoshopped big time because that is not how the buildings look. They look tired and in need of maintenance. I was quite shocked. Dead plants in many pots and garden beds, broken tiles in the pool. Beds, couches, cushions and pillows are as cheap as you could possibly buy and Bathroom supplies are 2 tiny cakes of soap and nothing else. Better pack some toilet paper as once you use the 2 rolls supplied you are on your own. Basic coffee sachets and small milk - am sure the budget could have stretched to a few cello packs of biscuits for weary travellers on arrival. True, the location is excellent. I just wish reviewers would tell the truth. We are paying $440 per night by the way at Christmas peak.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful management staff, very close to bars, shops and restaurants' off street parking a bit tight but OK, apartment was clean and tidy and had excellent views across the sea, would definitely stay here again

Spent 3 nights here over New Years. Location is fantastic… only a short walk to everything, management was friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and worked well for our little family. Nice pool and ocean views.

Everything was there that we need. Staff where helpful when required. It is a place you can park your car and not touch it until you leave. The beach is across the road and shops are just down the down to pick up anything. All these things are walking distance.

My 3 kids and I stayed here for 3 nights last week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay . We had a beautiful view the unit was self contained and was in walking distance to everything . Thankyou Jenny & Steve for offering such great accomodation for such a reasonable price . I loved it . Milly

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves , Our apartment had everything we needed and it was great that it also had a washing machine & dryer . View was great . Within walking distance to shops so I didn’t have to drive anywhere . Loved it

We were treated very well and with respect. Received the best service. Loved the water views. A lot of resturants and coffee shops nearby and overall enjoied our stay as we do every year for the past 4 years.
