The room was very clean with everything we needed. Comfy beds. Great location, walking distance to cafes, bars, restaurants and the river. On site parking a bonus. Very easy check in. Great value for money!! We stayed an extra night because of this!!!

Over the course of a week we overnighted in two different motels in Mildura (not consecutively). 7th Street was $40 more expensive (about 25%) and overall probably the better motel ... but only by a slight margin. If you were awarding points for the best value, the other place would get the nod. On the plus side, 7th St is easy walking distance to Mildura's excellent main-street restaurant ***** (but to be fair so was the other motel). The owners/operators were also friendly and had solid info on the best restaurants in town. The room was clean and spacious, and came with a table and couple of chairs. Wifi reception good. On the other hand, the bathroom was a tight squeeze and complimentary toiletries were el-cheapo types. Bed a little soft for my liking but then I appreciate these assessments can be somewhat subjective - not everyone prefers a firmer mattress.

Fantastic option within a very short walk to all the best restaurants in the centre of town, and the river. They have a variety of different sized rooms, from singles to families. Great value, small but fun pool, friendly managers. Best to book direct to get more flexible cancellation options. Have stayed here a few times and always been very impressed.

This was a small motel with only 11 rooms but close to shops and restaurants. it was also close to the railway station and the Murray River. Our room was spotlessly clean and the queen bed was very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to help us. i would recommend this place.

Highly recommend, Karen and her husband went above and beyond for us. We got stuck in Mildura due to floods heading to do our farm work (we are 3 backpackers from Ireland) and needed to keep extending our stay which Karen happily helped us with. The place is the cleanest we have stayed in upon our travels. The location is 10/10, walkable distance to everything. Our boss booked it for our Christmas party ( we work in the outback a few hours from mildura) we were in the triple room, the room has everything you need and we even got turn over service. Great service. Thank you.

Booked many months ago and communication has been great. Friendly owners. Room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable and a great shower. Motel is only a short walk to town and eateries making it easy to park ( undercover) and walk everywhere.

The room was neat and tidy, and the beds extremely comfortable. The owners went out of their way to oblige us with information. Although basic, the room provided everything a traveller needed when passing through on an overnight stay. The location is very close to Mildura CBD, allowing us to walk to any number of eateries.
