Apart from the lack of view or opening window everything else was excellent! Pool area had an open electric box which we reported immediately. Friendly helpful reception staff thank you.

Property is conveniently located and has many restaurants within a few blocks walking. Room was clean and well equipped. Disappointed that due to NY public holiday the pool was filthy and out of service for a day(temperature was 37 degrees). Reason given was due to public holiday they couldn’t get equipment to clean it. Poor planning more likely. No response either from the email we sent to the hotel regarding the pool closure.

Pros:
- spacious and clean room
- near restaurants
Cons:
- Reception is only from 8am-10pm and not 24hrs as listed. Was told off by front desk staff at 1015pm to respect her time as I approach the front desk
- Wifi was non existent. I cannot even use Google map while being on the hotel’s wifi
