It was a wonderful stay, they were very accommodating with me arriving early and reserving a spot for my car as I have bad legs and cannot walk very far.

Great facilities withbpool and bar/restaurant. Has everything a motel needs. Will wtay again on my return to Mackay next year.

Parking is terrible it should be numbered for each room bed was horrible way to soft offers no support

The parking situation needs to be managed ..
No good to advertise parking if it is not allocated to a room .. hit n miss parking is not acceptable and would be the only reason for not rebooking at this venue on a future occasion

Everything was fine except the seweage smell from the bathroom, coming up through the pipes or something. We had to keep the door closed or it was unliveable. There was no staff on duty while we were there. You might want to investigate that.

Was alright for the discounted price I got it for but the room was a bit dated. I booked the executive spa room but was a bit disappointed with the spa itself - very old and lacked pump power. Also the bath faucet was positioned in a place that prevented a second person from sitting comfortably in the spa. The bed was comfortable and the room was reasonably quiet. The pool looked nice although I didn't use it. As was the case with the restaurant. Overall a tidy upmarket motel.

Great service for a sales person needing some freezer storage.
Rooms are excellent for “office space” shower has excellent pressure.
Bed is too soft for my liking.

My review is excellence in everything, it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed and I’ve stayed at a lot of places, welcoming accomodating, friendly, the food was amazing. Thank you Mackay Resort for all that you done. Will be spreading the word xoxo

The motel is in a very convenient position to get to all places, including the hospital. I enjoyed my stay there and would come back any time.
