Hi Robert, The rubbish bins are within view of guests and we trust people will keep there room free of their rubbish. Apologies if you expected this service. We happily change towels and replentish your tea and coffee bar and toilet paper, however, personal rubbish is the responsibility of each guest.

We apologise that pool was under replacement during your stay. The information was posted in the inclusions on *******. Sorry you weren't aware of this and hope that you will return one day to try and the new pool. We are asking guests to be patient and understanding while the old leaking pool is replaced.

Baconfest was certainly a great event and we are pleased you enjoyed it. Reception was open until 9PM Wifi vouchers are supplied on request, apologies that you were unable to come to reception between check in and closing to obtain a wifi code. Guest need to use their own Netflix account to log in to watch movies.
