clean , convenient as just 2 minutes walk from St. Pancras station.
but shower curb is tiny and no air condition.
so far , staffs are very helpful and will consider to come back again in next visit to UK.
Staff at Jesmond were super friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and modern, shared bathroom was tidy great layout... but... I booked on a Friday night... forgot I was above a pub.
Patron noise was pretty loud, even some of the other guests in the accommodation hallway. Could also hear the traffic slightly. I'd suggest you take ear plugs if you're sensitive to noise.
I only ate dessert in the Jesmond restaurant, it was great and bar staff as well. Would like to maybe try a meal there.
Once the Jesmond did close, it was really quiet!
Good sized room, powerful heat pump, but shared bathrooms werent maintained regularly, though not dirty. Nice choices of food selection at hotel restaurant. Great location for everything, shopping mall and Mcdonalds just across the road.
