Good basic pub accommodation. I didn’t realise it was a shared bathroom arrangement when I booked, but that said they were more than adequate and very clean. No lifts either.

Table was dirty staff not doing anything had chicken snitzle chis salad Dianne sauce terrible chips were cooked about 3 times my niece had a reaction to lemon apparently on the snitzle won’t be going back no one out of our group ate all there meal plz don’t bother

A very clean hotel located near St Pancras station. Friendly staffs. The room is a bit small and there’s no lift in the hotel. The staff helped to move our luggage into our room. Very good value for the price. Recommended.

All was good except the internet did not work and we had to report three times with no result of it working , was told by a staff that they would call back to see and no one called back so we were not impressed

The room we stayed was clean and comfortable but the toilets were always too wet and the bathrooms downstairs near the stairs was too smelly
On the day of checkout - we had no power from 7am in the morning which made it worse for us to charge our phones and laptops.
Area around was really convenient for shopping and dining

good pub out of the way. Great food and the rooms are simple but perfectly fine. Nice bathrooms.

It was excellent value for money staff very friendly and accommodating . rooms and facilities very clean ,slight road noise but unexpected with the major roadworks thruout Newcastle .
Food good ,would definitely stay again.
