Very clean room. Comfy bed. Staff are also so very lovely. I love it here.

Room clean, had all we needed, handy to terminal and shops, heater on which was a blessing. Only negative, ran out of hot water for shower on second night.

Was clean but not spotless. The exhaust fan in the shower wasn’t working and there was mould on the ceiling

The cabin I stayed in was clean and well appointed with utensils and a microwave and fridge/freezer. The bed was comfortable and ensuite bathroom clean with good water pressure.

Very tired looking and out of date accommodation. Reminded me of what had in the 1980s. Furniture appeared to have been gathered ad hoc. Strangely massive lounge space and cramped bedroom. If it were meant to be "deluxe", I am glad not to have tried "standard" it "basic"!

Cabin was clean, & we were warm & comfortable.
A few things needed maintenance.

The second I opened the door, I was confronted with the stench of stale cigarette smoke. As a lung transplant recipient, that was the last thing I wanted to encounter!! Thank God I was carrying deodoriser! Was given a map & told where to go. I stayed out of necessity but will never book here again and I'll be sharing my experiences

The welcome we received upon arrival was second to none in terms of making us feel right at home, and the cabin itself was ideal. Comfortable, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable and peaceful overnight stay. Would definitely like to stay longer next time.

Quiet and near the sea.Can cook. Near Spirit of Tasmania ferry terminal.
