I wish you could've informed the staff if anything arose.The main issue with your comments is the reservation wasn't under your name. The staff couldn't verify you are the booker. Since you are not the booker, the staff could only proceed the standard check-out procedure. We won't be able to let you stay unless the reservation is under your name or the booker is at present to authorize us. It wasn't about the price or room rate.And the extra fee is for the pet fee and additional persons as the reservation is standard room for two people, if the booker authorized your stay.I hope you could understand.Have a great day!
