Perfect in every way. The rooms are stunning. The views are breathtaking. The service is perfect. The experiences are fun and unique. We had very high expectations, and Saffire exceeded them at every turn. We live 30+ flying hours away from Saffire but will go back without question. It was that good.

Saffire is one of the best resorts I have ever visited. The setting is absolutely breathtaking and allows you to immerse in the natural beauty of Freycinet. There has been so much attention put into the design of the rooms making them very enjoyable to inhabit and watch the drama unfold out of the huge windows. Then there is the food - absolutely outstanding. The quality and diversity of locally sourced ingredients matched with incredible creativity result in a highly satiable and enjoyable culinary experience. Service in all parts of the resort is immaculate and you really do feel the centre of attention and very well looked after. I cannot recommend highly enough and would love to return soon :)

Saffire is an experience. The location, the accommodations, the food, the staff all work together to create an atmosphere that soothes you, body, mind and soul. If you do visit, don’t miss the opportunity to experience Connection to Country.

Check In was so subtle and professional, I didn’t really realize we had checked in even after we were shown our room. Cameron was very good at quickly figuring out our quirky personalities. Our room was phenomenal! The room had room to roam, endless conveniences and amenities. Huge wall to wall, floor to ceiling window, highlight the panoramic view of ocean and mountains. Plenty of seating and lounging areas, nice size bathroom with separate tub and walk in shower. Water pressure and temperature was very good. Bed seemed larger than a usual king size; linens were very nice as well as pillows. Room had plenty , as well as variety, of teas, coffees, snacks, liquor and wines that were replenished daily. All meals were exceptional, happy hour daily, wine pairings were offered and/or recommended with very delicious, beautifully presented dinners at night. We took advantage of a couple of the included experience activities and paid an additional fee for a boat excursion and a helicopter trip to Maria Island. All of which were fun, educational and exposed us to more of Tasmania that we might not have been able to do otherwise. All the team/staff were very focused on discreet, professional service regardless of their job function. Aside from this experience, we also found everyone to be personable and really seemed to like what they were doing. A few standouts were Cameron, Will and Fraser; but would mention everyone, I just can’t remember names. The place could have easily been stuffy and pretentious but was the complete opposite. We highly recommend Saffire Freycinet.

What struck me most was the perfect balance between professional service and genuine warmth. The staff managed to be attentive without hovering, and helpful without being overbearing. The entire property exudes a peaceful energy that made me feel instantly at home. The thoughtful amenities and spotless maintenance of every corner

Incredible stay at Saffire. Cannot fault it. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and service was perfect. Meals delicious. Our room had a spectacular view of the Hazards. Very comfortable and luxurious rooms with all the mod cons. Great fun activities offered. We especially enjoyed the Oyster farm visit with waders walking into the sea to collect and eat our own oysters. Also loved the guidied hikes around he national park and the bee keeping morning was really fun and educational. Would highly recommend Saffire.

The entire experience is excellent from the welcome to every aspect of the stay and the farewell . The setting is beautiful and the activities that are available are relevant and enjoyable. The food is of high quality. The highlight of our visit was the bee keeping tour.

As a frequent traveler, I've become quite picky, but this hotel managed to surprise and delight me at every turn. The eco-friendly initiatives were seamlessly integrated without compromising on luxury. The farm-to-table restaurant showcased local produce in innovative ways, and the yoga classes on the beach at sunrise were the perfect way to start each day. The staff's passion for sustainability was evident in every interaction, making our stay not just enjoyable, but also meaningful.

The spa at Saffire is a must do. The package encompassing the salt scrub and the full body massage is a treat for your skin and well-being. My wife and I both experienced the luxury of the spa. Lou Lou was was very knowledgable and skilled in my 2 hour plus treatment. We are looking forward already to our return stay at Saffire.

We recently spent a wonderful 3 nights at Saffire Freycinet. From the moment we entered we were overwhelmed by the natural beauty of the Hazard Mountains, sublime location, 6 star service and amazing culinary delights with the wine to match. The signature experiences were incredibly special with the oyster farm being a real "pinch me" moment. Staff are absolutely incredible and go out of their way serve, we loved the lounge atmosphere and warming fireplaces - all adding to our luxury winter getaway. Saffire takes the luxury experience to a whole different level. We will definitely being back, what a special place!
