Only thing I had was onky x2 cups yet there was x3 booked in.
No big deal.

The room was clean, close to shops, easy access to the highway

cleaner on second day didn’t remove used towels from bathroom, didn’t replace rubbish bag in toilet
and no replenishment of shower gel or soap on second day

The room had an odour. We booked in for three nights and were only the bare necessities such as soap, shampoo and one packet of biscuits each.
There was no room service. We had to make our own beds. The towels were changed once.
On the website it says that breakfast was available but on arrival was told no.
Could not recommend this to anyone.

Definitely most clean and comfortable motel I’ve stayed in and would stay again.

This property is very tired and dated and the walls between rooms are paper thin meaning sound travels very easily. The price we paid for one night did not represent good value for money.

You have tea making facilities, and a microwave but that's were it ends. No toaster, crockery or utensils. Heater didn't work, and no telephone to get in touch with management . There was no information regarding what is available in the area e.g. shopping centre, Drs, hospital theme parks. No hand towels, fscewashers, body wash, so make sure you come prepared. I think for what I paid I was very disappointed

Really love my stay there. its quiet, peaceful and very friendly customer care despite it being 30min away from Brisbane CBD but good access to train and bus.

The building itself is lovely. It has cathedral ceilings and is double brick. This meant the room was warm in winter. The staff were very helpful when we were late arriving.

We had a quick stay over and the room was comfortable and clean. The tenant nextdoor had the TV up loud ALL night LONG hence didn't get enough sleep but that's not the property managers fault.Weve stayed before and will again as its close to where we want to visit.
