  • Guest：Lovely stay … park was clean and quiet with good facilities.. we got a free room upgrade which was a nice thing for them to do .
  • Guest：The cost is low in this hotel. The hotel is very close to bus stop. You can take a bus from shute harbour to the hotel. You have a good environment and an outside pool as well.

  • Guest：Rooms were not very clean, cooking facilities need to be updated (non-stick pans etc), bins were tiny for kitchen area, no children’s activities planned for holidays and no cafe onsite, as mentioned in description. Family’s shower pumps were empty upon arrival and we had to request servicing after day 5, as was not initiated by staff.
