    • Guest：Comfortable and clean room, excellent shower, and the owner could not have been more helpful, providing me with scissors and an iron. She also forwarded on my washbag after I forgot it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Cambridge. It is walking distance to the hospital.
    • Guest：I had a meeting at Addenbrookes hospital which is a short walk from this BnB. Wonderful host, home from home environment, clean, comfortable with a great selection for continental breakfast, free parking and fantastic bed. Thanks Ruth for your hospitality and I will definitely be back.
    • Guest：This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor (Ruth) is friendly and attentive, making sure visitors are comfortable and have what they need for a pleasant stay. Breakfast is basic, and self serve, but fresh and tasty with a nice variety - everything needed to start the day. The showers are hot, with plenty of pressure, and a selection of shampoo and shower gel is provided, as well as hair dryers. There is offstreet parking. This is a comfortable place that feels like home. I would definitely recommend this B&B.
    • Guest：With a husband in Papworth hospital I was looking for accommodation for a few days which gave me easy access to Papworth hospital, a short walk to Addenbrooke’s bus station, a quiet location that felt like home, and I came across The Holly Tree B&B. My few days were extended several times thanks to Ruth who went out of her way to ensure every time I asked for extra days, there was always a room available for me, my stay eventually stretched to almost two weeks. I felt completely relaxed at The Holly Tree which was essential when having a worrying stressful day at Papworth. There is a very large private garden where I could have eaten my breakfast, I had different rooms because the length of my stay and both were immaculately clean and fresh towels. If I had to return to Papworth I would be really happy to stay with Ruth at The Holly Tree. Mo from Norwich
