Could not have asked for a better stay, everything from arriving at reception to leaving was immaculate. The rooms are very comfortable with excellent amenities. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice, excellent pool area and both restaurants, DootDootDoot and Rare hare were very nice. Would have preferred if they offered a la carte menu in DootDoot, otherwise excellent stay would recommend.

I took my wife here for our Wedding Anniversary and I could not of chosen a better place, the location was beautiful, the staff were amazing, food was delicious and the cocktails were perfect, I would highly recommend the Lair Room for comfort, view and excellent ambience. 10/10 from us.

Incredible hotel and I highly recommend it. We spent 5 nights here and loved every minute of it. The service and food was incredible. We didnt eat at Doot Doot Doot. The free wine tasting was a nice touch as were the free activities. We loved the rooms, the cleaners made it immaculate and the free ice cream and mini bar was a lovely touch. A huge shout out the cleaning team who messaged us after to say we had left stuff behind. They offered to send this back to us but we knew someone else who was staying there instead. This sort of customer service is above and beyond and not many hotels go to that trouble. This hotel met expections and more! A couple of very very small points. It would have been nice to have a breakfast spread (in addition to the ordered hot food). I generally prefer to have some buffet style items (I suspect this seems too cheap for the hotel). I thought the corridor to the hotel with the neon lights was a bit strange and dark. Finally if you are sharing a room, having a curtain to cover the glass around the bathroom isnt ideal and nor was the frosted glass that frosted. Some rooms dont have this set up though.

A top class hotel in a great location for exploring the Mornington wineries and restaurants. Their own Doot,Doot, Doot restaurant is not to be missed. The rooms are very generous in size, meticulously clean and theres a complimentary mini bar with snacks. The bed was just so comfortable. We didn't get to try the pool, spa or sauna but next time. Great hotels are always in lovely locations with lovely rooms but its the staff who make the experience and Jackalope staff are excellent. Nothing is any trouble and they really you feel welcome. We highly recommend Jackalope and we'll be back.

Brilliant location where you taste wine, eat and sleep. We had our anniversary dinner at Doot Doot Doot which is one of a couple of restaurants there. Set cost menu which was generous and delicious. Wine bottles or a number of matching wines by the glass. Highly recommend getting there earlier for an explore and relax in the bar before dinner. Staff very good and provided great service.

Was such a lovely experience. Very warm and friendly staff very knowledgeable about their products was. Lovely room and private terrace to enjoy our coffee.

Great professional punctual and responsive staff . Very welcoming on arrival and departure and was incredible in helping choose our room . Very timely and great service 5. Location and Accessibility -5/5 . Great location overlooking the vineyard, great walks and peaceful atmosphere . Parking onsite Overall: 5/5 stay (Classic Hotel)
