We'd like to clarify a few points that may help future guests: all guests receive an SMS upon check-in with amenities codes, WiFi passwords, and important information. The amenities code also operates the boom gate, so entry into the park wouldn't of been possible without it. We're puzzled about the missing information and would love to investigate what happened with your booking. We understand site changes can be stressful, and we always try our best to accommodate guests when possible. With all our 5-star reviews, it seems that perhaps everyone knows they can request site changes - it's just challenging for our staff when you requested only a waterfront site, then you asked to change due to a water phobia, but wanted to stay on a creek frontage.
