Hi Steven, thank you for your review.Our brand new complex just opened in March 2024, and you were the very first occupant of this particular apartment.Thanks for bringing to our attention the issues pertaining to the A/C and drainage. Unfortunately due to a public holiday weekend, we could not action any immediate repair work from our builder.These issues have now been rectified, and we will be pleased to welcome you again to Semaphore Splash Apartments.Once again, many thanks.
