Hotel was easy to find using GPS. The parking was very convenient!
The front information table at the side of the entrance was very neglected. It needed dusting and cleaning badly.
Our guest room smelled of smoke.(a smoker's room) In fact, the next night when I pulled out my pjs, I could smell smoke residue. (We do not smoke). Also, the room floor had not been swept and the nightstands had to be washed. I wanted to inform the staff the next morning and she said they have nothing to do ******* reservations. In fact, I couldn't get a receipt from the front desk person as I checked out. I used ******* for all of my other hotel reservations and I received a receipt from all except for this hotel. Greatly disappointed. I would not stay here again.
Upon checking in, the staff rep. said dinner was to be served at 7:30. We returned to the lobby to find out that there is no dinner on weekends for guests. Staff also told us we could find a bank close by. After driving around to find a bank for some time, we found an ATM. however, it stated that it could not service my request. We did find the "Edone" restaurant. Dinner was the highlight of our stay in Prato. Staff should have a list of reccommended places to offer guests.

屬于那種套房，很大很大，時間上應該有點久了，對于早出晚歸的我來説，足夠。洗手間很大，很乾凈。客廳沙發和I桌子時間很久，很舊了。
