Hello Rutuja, Thankyou for your review. We are so glad you enjoyed the room and cleanliness. In regards to your stay and upgrade request. You were informed after booking and before your arrival on the 24th of Dec that the hotel reception and restaurant was going to be closed xmas day giving ample time to plan accordingly, Unfortunately no one was around on Christmas day and upon looking over our bookings today there was no availability for your request to be fulfilled anyway.
