    • Guest：Very nice room, great view of the river Below par breakfast, coffee bad, no western food
    • Guest：Good location. Near Yide Lu Metro station. With convinenent store (7-11) and few eatary shops behind the hotel. Reasonable price. Not far away from Beijing road
    • Guest：A perfectly fine stay, helpful and efficient staff. The residence is in the original Aiqun building, and has been renovated, but I would have to say not recently. The room we got was modern and spacious, but also "rough around the edges" from wear and tear (water damage on bathroom cabinets, scuff marks, cracks on walls, wearing carpet, bad application of silicone sealant in kitchen and bathroom) but also clean and quiet. Water pressure very good. Light controls very good. Lighting a bit dim. No utensils or plates - go source them yourself at a local sundry shop (plenty about) for next to nothing, you're in GZ after all! Housekeeping regular and thorough, and will bring you whatever you want. Free breakfast included, so you can at least get decent coffee, but again, you are in GZ and surrounded by good food, so do yourself a favour and venture out more. Location is amazing, a 15 min walk to Beijing Lu, 5 mins to Onelink plaza, river cruise at doorstep, Metro just around the corner, and many good local eateries within 5 mins walk. And price was very good for one of China's more expensive cities. On the whole I would say it is a well run facility with a good cost/benefit ratio, but with a little more upgrading/major maintenance, it would be excellent!
    • Guest：It’s a gem in a bustling city. The location is great and just right next to the riverside. You will have a beautiful view for your breakfast. Also, it’s nearby subway station. There’s a washing machine inside the room, which is a plus. The last but not the least, the front desk, Miss Zou is exceptionally helpful that she makes our hotel experience even better.
