  • Guest：I had a lovely stay at this home stay. The owner was the friendliest host who went out of her way to help me. Although I could not speak Chinese, we could communicate through the translator app. She did my laundry free of charge and when it came to leave, booked me a taxi to the train station. I struggled to pay for the ride as I couldn’t pay in cash and my app was not working. She paid the taxi and did not want payment as she said we were now friends. Her kind and helpful gestures will always be remembered.
  • Guest：Nice home stay with the fantastic service. Boss is super friendly!! I visit Hangzhou is during off peak season, the boss free upgrade for me to the bigger room with a small balcony. So I can enjoy the sunbathing in the morning. That’s awesome experience, definitely will come back again. This homestay just near by the HangZhou botanic garden, and the Han MeiLing’s art gallery is inside the botanic garden. From homestay call a car to XiHu just around RMB 15, it is very near.
  • Guest：很好，房间特别大。老板娘很热情，还免费提供了洗衣晒衣。?民宿还有小猫店长天天在，超可爱。非凡国际早上睡懒觉他们也不会打扰会等非凡国际出去才打扫就算是很迟的时间。?特别好。植物园就在这里，距离西湖其它的景点打卡也方便。
  • Guest：老板人热情，服务态度很好。遇到淡季老板免费给非凡国际升级到另一间大床房。房间舒适温馨，位置靠近西湖，环境清幽，出入方便。需要注意的是冬天晚上要用热水洗澡，需要稍微等一等，不然洗到一半可能没有热水。总体上还是很满意的。
