Yria Hotel is named after an ancient city located somewhere between Vieste and Varano. The logo of the hotel is inspired by the design found on the coins of this misteriously disappeared city.

The hotel’s panoramic restaurant offers views of the coast and lighthouse, and drinks are served in the lounge with TV. A sweet breakfast is served daily.

  • Guest：Posizione che consente di raggiungere il centro in pochi minuti a piedi, e vicina al mare, a circa 150 metri. Parcheggio pubblico a pagamento nei pressi. Scarsa la fornitura da bagno ( solo sapone liquido in dispencer), nessun servizio bar ( solo il frigo vuoto in stanza), arredo datato, letto abbastanza comodo ma con lenzuola con qualche buco di troppo. In una stanza qualche formichina non gradita, anche se la pulizia è abbastanza accurata. Poca attenzione per il cliente: erano state assicurate al telefono due stanze vicine, al check in le stanze sono state definite " a breve distanza", in effetti erano sullo stesso piano ma su due lati opposti e distanti, e quando ci sono bambini questo diventa un problema. Colazione scarsa per quanto riguarda il salato (quasi nulla) con un po di salame e formaggio presentati in vassoi coperti da pellicola trasparente, accettabile per il dolce, con servizio a tavola abbastanza attento. Piscina piccola, senza servizio bagnino ( e non si capisce perché viene chiusa tra le 14 e le 16 se non c'e assistenza nelle altre ore. In definitiva forse un tre stelle. Si può fare di più, ma molto
  • Guest：Abbiamo soggiornato per due notti. Lo staff gentile e abbastanza disponibile. La colazione discreta con servizio lentissimo. Le camere all'apparenza pulite ma letto scomodo. La sorpresa è stata trovare una colonna di formiche,al ns rientro dalla passeggiata serale, che hanno invaso la scrivania e il frigorifero ed alcune di esse erano anche sulle lenzuola . Abbiamo allertato subito la reception e dopo 20 minuti di attesa si è presentato un collaboratore che ha spruzzato dell'insetticida nella camera. Quindi per l'odore molto forte non è stato possibile stare in camera per oltre due ore tenendo conto che c'erano i bambini che non volevano altro che andare a letto vista l'ora. Abbiamo chiesto di avere un'altra camera ma ci è stato comunicato che non era possibile perché non ne avevano libere... Peccato. Non ci ritorneremo mai più.
  • Guest：Enjoyed our 6 night stay at the Hotel. The hotel is spotlessly clean. The rooms were a average size with clean towels everyday. We had a room with a seaview on the 2nd floor overlooking the large carpark and beach. The staff were very friendly. The pool area is quiet and pleasant, but you must wear head caps for the pool which are provided by the Reception. There is a large paying carpark opposite the hotel. Ask at the Reception for a permit and the parking is subsidised and paid direct to the Hotel. The walk to the town is approximately 20 minutes. The breakfast is continental with plenty of variety. There is no kettle in the room. I would recommend this Hotel.
  • Guest：The location of Hotel Yria is great. There is paid parking available but if the market is taking place in the car park you have to find parking on the street elsewhere. The room was clean and serviced every day by the time we returned from breakfast which was impressive with fresh towels. We had an issue with the shower head which was dealt with swiftly. Breakfast was really good, with a good variety but the service was a bit inconsistent. The pool area is small and they do not provide pool towels. There is also access to a beach club for 10 euros per couple but you have to take towels from your room, unless you brought beach towels with you, so I would recommend packing thin Turkish towels to save space. WiFi was only available in the hotel lobby and not by the pool or in my room, although I could pick up a neighbouring hotel's signal from there! I'm not convinced that this is worthy of a 4* rating. No room service menu apart from a list of drinks stating that room service available between 4pm and 8pm. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk into the heart of beautiful Vieste, with it's charming white paved street, cobbles and vibrant restaurant scene, so a good location away from the hustle and bustle and overall we enjoyed our stay in this lovely town.
