  • Guest：Great location near city centre - easy walk over river to main area. Grand building with new and old. Very clean and comfortable (and warm). Beautiful breakfast. Ample parking. What more do you want?
  • Guest：Location is good, quiet area but within walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly staff. Comfortable well equipped, clean room. Excellent value. You place your order on previous evening for freshly prepared breakfast next morning. Have stayed here several times and would thoroughly recommend the hotel.

  • Guest：Lovely hotel in a good location - only a 15 mins walk into the city. Hotel was very clean, nice decor and could not fault the staff, who were amazing and put on a smashing Scottish breakfast. There is only a modest car park behind the hotel, however I had no trouble getting a space. Would stay again if ever visiting Perth.
