This property doesn't look stunning from outside but its beautiful from inside. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are very good and clean. Breakfast was very good. Kitchen and appliances were in perfect shape and clean. Perfect place to stay if visiting NASA or Galveston beach.

Customer Service was wonderful. The room not so much. We walk in the room and the smell was horrible and gave me a headache. The countertop was not wiped down and the coffee pot was dirty. The kitchen floor was full was crumbs and a dead bug on the floor next to refrigerator. Carpet was not vacuum and has several stains. The tub in restroom had mildew around the edge between the end of tub and connecting shower wall. Tub bottom was not scrubbed down and you could see builded up scum. I have photos to show dirtiness of room. We did complain to Concierge the very next morning and ask if someone could vacuum the carpet and sweep the kitchen room.

Booked for 2 nights only stayed the 1. Bed too saggy and poor lighting in the bathroom.

We would have been happy to work with you to remove the pillow top from the bed if we were aware that you found it uncomfortable prior to you departing after the first night.

Fabulous room clean tidy and complimentary breakfast provided. Nice quiet courtyard. Communication with the property was excellent check in! Would definitely stay again

Lovely stay at the Houston. Comfiest beds in Wagga by a long way!! Could do with a little more off street parking though. Will stay again

No elevator. Pulled suitcase up 16 stairs. Unit easy to manage. Huge closet with both shelves and rod. Window broken in living room. Called me to ask me if they could spend 2 day repair. I said yes as long as something was covering the hole. They said provider refused to work on occupied unit. Building is switching from hotel to apts. Only

Beautifully appointed and maintains the history of the building Only criticism is the shower needs some sort of better splashback or longer curtains

The hotel was poorly kept and had popcorn Cellings The room stunk and bathroom was a doll house size Never coming back and we only stayed there 12 minutes and check out to stay at a good hotel The lobby was beautiful room was trash
