    • Guest：Room was clean and staff were very courteous. The room itself could use additional lighting.
    • Guest：The Hyatt is always my go to for any stay downtown in Cincy! the staff is friendly and professional, the room is always clean and modern. The amenities are always great , and the bar/ restaurant is awesome
    • Guest：The room was substandard. The bathroom was terrible with no place to put anything by the sink and the shower curtain didn’t extend to the floor leaving water everywhere. Cannot recommend. The bartender was excellent however.
    • Guest：Great hotel! Went with my 10 year old for a Bengals game. Second time staying. Love it both times. 5 min walk to stadium.
