  • Guest：We were disappointed with the level of service and professionalism we experienced during our recent stay. ?While the property is truly beautiful and has so much potential, our visit was overshadowed by the attitude and behaviour of staff members, where we constantly felt like we had to tread very carefully with even the simplest requests, as interactions often felt tense and staff seemed on edge—sometimes outright rude. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere that is the opposite of what one would expect from a hospitality-focused establishment.

As someone who travels often, convenience and comfort are key, and Simola delivers both effortlessly. Thank you for putting a plug close to the mirror :-) The rooms are warm and inviting, with thoughtful spaces to sit and catch up on work. I ordered room service, and despite it being in-room dining, the meal was beautifully presented and delicious. Breakfast the next morning was an absolute treat, a wide variety of options paired with the most breathtaking views. I only wish I could have stayed longer!
