I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel has excellent amenities and modern facilities, and the thermal pools were absolutely wonderful — relaxing, clean, and perfect for unwinding; spa area was also fantastic, offering a great way to recharge. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made me feel very welcome. Overall, it was a great experience and I’d definitely come back. Solid 4 out of 5!

Zelo dobra hrana, ustre?ljivo osebje, ?isto?a na nivoju. Edini "?rn made?" je bil dne 7. 8. 2025 popoldne, ko so na kopali??e spustili cca 70 otrok (verjetno s kak?nega tabora) brez kakr?negakoli nadzora, ki so kri?ali, skakali v vodo, ?kropili vse naokoli, re?evalec iz vode pa je vse to nemo opazoval in ni reagiral. Ni pa mi razumljivo, kako lahko na kopali??e hotela, ki ima pet zvezdic, spustijo tak?no skupino otrok brez kakr?negakoli nadzora s strani odraslih, ker so na kopali??u prete?no upokojenci, ki bi radi u?ivali v miru in ti?ini, kot se bi spodobilo za hotel s petimi zvezdicami. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal zuvorkommend, die Sauberkeit auf hohem Niveau. Der einzige ?schwarze Fleck“ war am Nachmittag des 07.08.2025, als etwa 70 Kinder (wahrscheinlich aus einem Ferienlager) ohne jegliche Aufsicht ins Schwimmbad gelassen wurden. Sie schrien, sprangen ins Wasser, spritzten überall herum, und der Bademeister beobachtete das alles stumm, ohne einzugreifen. Es ist für mich unverst?ndlich, wie man in das Schwimmbad eines Fünf-Sterne-Hotels eine solche Gruppe von Kindern ohne jegliche Aufsicht von Erwachsenen hineinlassen kann, zumal sich im Schwimmbad überwiegend Pensionisten aufhalten, die – wie es sich für ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel geh?rt – Ruhe und Stille genie?en m?chten. The food was very good, the staff were helpful, and the cleanliness was at a high level. The only “black spot” was in the afternoon of August 7, 2025, when about 70 children (probably from a camp) were allowed into the swimming pool without any supervision. They were shouting, jumping into the water, splashing all around, while the lifeguard just silently watched without taking any action. I cannot understand how such a group of children can be allowed into the swimming pool of a five-star hotel without any adult supervision, especially since the pool is mostly used by retirees who wish to enjoy peace and quiet, as would be expected in a five-star hotel. Az étel nagyon jó volt, a személyzet készséges, a tisztaság magas színvonalú. Az egyetlen ?fekete folt” 2025. augusztus 7-én délután t?rtént, amikor k?rülbelül 70 gyereket (valószín?leg egy táborból) feln?tt felügyelet nélkül engedtek be az uszodába. Kiabáltak, a vízbe ugráltak, mindenkit lefr?csk?ltek, mik?zben az úszómester mindezt némán figyelte, és nem avatkozott k?zbe. Számomra érthetetlen, hogyan engedhetnek be egy ilyen csoport gyereket felügyelet nélkül egy ?tcsillagos szálloda uszodájába, kül?n?sen mivel az uszodát t?bbnyire nyugdíjasok használják, akik szeretnének nyugalomban és csendben pihenni, ahogyan az egy ?tcsillagos szállodához illik.

Das Hotel ist ausgezeichnet geführt, au?erordentlich sauber, die Anlage ist gro?zügig und gut aufgeteilt. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, besonders die Aufteilung verdient ein gro?es Lob. Es besteht kein Andrang, da alles weitl?ufig ist. Sehr angenehm. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir k?nnen nur das Beste sagen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen sicher wieder.

We spent 4 nights in Vivat hotel on a half board basis, and used their swimming and sauna facilities. We had a DeLux room, and it was ok. The room was apparently newly renovated, comfortable and with a nice view to the outside swimming pool. Swimming pools, both inner and outer, are of the remarkable size, but they get crowded anyway. Adult part of the inner swimming pools is quiet. The best part of the facilities is the "World of saunas". It is extremely well designed to provide sense of quietness and privacy, while being of a considerable size. We liked this part the most. The food is average and could use some improvement.

Therme gut als Gesamtpaket Heilwasser perfekt, super Au?enbereich Tolles Schwimmbecken mit internationalen Bewerbs Kriterien, kaum frequentierte, da extra zu zahlende Saunalandschaft -- ein Muss Gute Küche, Buffets zum Genie?en Zimmer & Hotel renoviert, trotz Hofer Tourismus .. man fühlt sich wohl Freundliche Mitarbeiter K?nnte alles gr??er & mehr Luxus haben, wenn wer glaubt, .. Preis Leistung passt und man wundert sich wie das gemacht wird .

We stayed here three nights, arriving on a Thursday. The breakfast and dinner choice decreased gradually, e.g. the Friday morning there were muesli, bottled dairy products (kefir, buttermilk), and three stations on the spot were producing fresh egg dishes etc. However, on the second and third morning these services became reduced ,and the buffet got smaller. Morning drinks: the coffee is poor, and there is no black tea offer. Dinner: same tendency, e.g. six different cold starters on the first night, and only two on the last. Quantity OK, enough options for meat and side dish, but without a real vegetarian option (only pasta and salad, sometimes steamed vegetable). The room is comfortable, well-maintained, although the air con may not be enough on a really hot summer day (service seems overburdened) . Pools were nice, we loved the "famous" ,superhot black water, and appreciated that those part of the building are only for adults. Outside there are enough sunchairs, even though there are local people visiting there. Beside bathing, however, there are no activities offered either in the hotel or around, and its vicinity is - sorry, but - boring (except a nice medieval church). The hotel staff are nice, friendly, helpful, German and English are mostly spoken, and special thanks go to the Thai massage: it is a really cosy and beautiful spot and the ladies are really professional.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good food (dinner and breakfast) and many pools for swimming and relaxation.

We came early in the morning and left after two hours, because it was disgusting. Majority of thermal pool users were elderly people. Not a single one of them showered before entering pools. Ladies with make up and gents with deodorants...... And noone is checking that.
