J’estime que beaucoup de personnes ayant rédigés un papier à propos de cet h?tel manquent un peu de discernement, et /ou, sont très subjectifs... En effet?, toute évaluation doit être faite en lien avec le rapport qualité/prix ?et c'est rarement les cas. Revenons à nos moutons, nous sommes ici dans un ancien Sofitel et cela se voit. Hall grandiose, décoré avec go?t et imagination, (tout rappel une oasis, notamment les ruissellements d'eau, dont le volume est plut?t surprenant Les espaces communs sont nombreux et spacieux. En externe un grand jardin, dont la zone centrale abrite 2 piscines, dont une externe de taille respectable, rien à dire. Les chambres sont du même acabit, notamment très spacieuses et des lits Kingsize, etc... Le restaurant de l’établissement propose des plats nombreux? et variés, colorés y compris en spécialités locales. Il est réellement très difficile de ne pas trouver chaussure à son pied, sauf à être réellement une personne très étroite d''esprit. Conclusion, un établissement plut?t bien dans un contexte urbain plus moyen. Les prestations sont très correctes eu égard à la politique de prix pratiquée. Au final un rapport qualité prix très favorable, j'y retournerai très volontiers à la première occasion, et les mauvaises langues (les gens jamais contents) pourront toujours aller se trouver un camping ailleurs... A bon entendeur...

大きなプールがあって良かったです。9月中旬に泊まりましたが、9月のトズールはまだまだ暑いので、午后の一番暑い時間にプールでのんびりできたのはとても良かったです。
夕飯は少しバリエーションに乏しかったので、もう少し改善されると嬉しいです。しかし9月はトズールは閑散期でもあるので仕方がないのかもしれません。
部屋は広くて良かったです。

Sehr modernes und komfortables Hotel im Zentrum von Tozeur, man kann zu Fu? alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das Abendbuffet ist reichhaltig und es ist alles da was man m?chte, es ist auch preislich nicht zu teuer für ein Hotel in dieser Preisklasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ebenfalls hervorragend.

Fa?ade très jolie Piscine a peine surveillé, transats cassés des buveurs d alcool avec bouteilles en verre (souvent des locaux non residents ?) ?a ramène ses enceintes et mettent a fond des musiques, ?a danse à moitié ivre. Mauvaise ambiance dommage. Accueil de l h?tel glauque. Chambre ancienne mais correct sauf salle de bain baignoire crasseuse et rouille 1 peu partout. Le comble me faire voler mon tel, j'ai d? les menacer de me rembourser les jours me restant et déposé plainte au commissariat si le téléphone ne réappara?t pas. Ptit dej sympa.au bord de la piscine personnel inexistant pour vous proposer si on souhaite boire ou manger(à nos frais biensur) jles femmes de ménage ne voys disent pas bonjour et répondent à peine au v?tre ne conseille pas cet h?tel évidemment

Only spent 1 night with a friend totally spectacular quite organized and clean establishment, ALL staff were very welcoming helpful and kind.

This hotel is resting on its past laurels. Looking long in the tooth and is in bad need of a revamp. The bathroom is the biggest problem, way too dark! There needs to be higher wattage light bulbs in the ceiling and a light fixture over the bathtub is of major importance. The top sheet on the bed only comes half way down the mattress, the sheets and pillow cases are rough and scratchy, the pillows are hard and the towels are thin. I asked for kleenex to go in the opening in the bathroom shelving/cupboard front and they said they don’t do Kleenex anymore and gave me a roll of toilet paper instead. The hallway is very noisy with people walking by talking. The doors are too thin, not sound proofed. The front desk staff is friendly and courteous. I am looking forward to checking out.

Das Palm Beach Palace ist ein 5 Sterne Hotel und wir fühlten uns hier eigentlich 3 Tage ganz wohl wenn man davon absieht das Stellen Reparatur bedürftig waren. siehe Fotos. Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist aber für tunesische Verh?ltnisse ganz ok. * Die Lobby ist hell und freundlich gestaltet * Das Zimmer sauber und die Betten samt Matratzen super. * Pool - wenn man davon absieht das jede Leiter in den Pool wackelte und fürchterlich quietschte war der Pool optisch sauber. Der Bademeister hingegen war sehr gestresst und zwar sich von einem schattigen Platz in den n?chsten zu setzen. Die Handtücher musste man erst einzeln bei ihm anfordern, auf die Idee welche zu bringen war ihm vermutlich zu anstrengend, Handy war interessanter. * Es gibt Glas Pavillon die Architektonisch sehr sch?n sind, sch?ner w?ren sie wenn die Scheiben sauber w?ren. * Restaurant - die Auswahl war ganz in Ordnung * Abendessen - leckere tunesische Speisen und es gab auch Nudeln und Pizza ABER leider war das Essen im besten Fall lauwarm. Es stand eine Mikrowelle etwas abseits die nicht viel brachte und in einem 5 Sterne Hotel sich das Essen aufzuw?rmende schon traurig. Hier sollte man an den Rechauds oder von oben W?rmelampen investieren. Auch hier missfiel mir das die Kellner am meisten mit Unterhaltung untereinander besch?ftigt waren. Kann man ja machen wenn nicht viel los ist, aber nicht vorne am Eingang oder am Buffed und sie sehen nicht wenn etwas aufgefüllt werden sollte. Es kann nicht die Aufgabe des Gastes sein sie darauf aufmerksam zu machen wenn L?ffel fehlen in einem ?5 Sterne“ Hotel * Zum Frühstück ?hnlich, unsere Tischdecke vom Vorabend lag noch mit den selben Flecken am Morgen. * Es lagen Papier servierten morgens am Boden, der Kellner nahm sie und legte sie wieder auf den Tisch. * Eigentlich steht das Personal die meiste Zeit zusammen und schaut entweder ins Handy oder ist am erz?hlen. * Die Getr?nke gab es zu fairen Preisen. Ein Bier kostet 6,5 DT * Wifi relativ gut, aber es kam immer wieder mal zu Abbrüchen. * Das Hotel hei?t Palm Royal - aber wenn die zwei h?chsten Palmen im Empfang verwelkt sind ist die vermutlich der Werdegang in Zukunft des Hotels. Ich glaube das Personal schaut dabei zu wie alles verwelkt und kaputt geht. Wo ist hier das Management???

Tout était parfait, confort, propreté, service, emplacement, accueil chaleureux et la magnifique piscine est un grand plus, tout ?a dans un décor paradisiaque.
De plus, Tozeur est une ville incroyable avec des habitants adorables et chaleureux, à visiter absolument !

The property was lovely. The room, as others have stated, had very thin walls, heard much of what was happening in the room next door. Including their early morning TV news viewing. We signed up for a "tour" to the desert through them. We asked for and were told we would get an English guide. Our "guide" spoke no English. The jeep reeked of gas and was in total disrepair. It broke down, fairly catastrophically, on the side of the road and after a long time listening to our "guide" shout to someone on the phone in Arabic, with no resolution in sight we got a ride from a passing actual guide and client who delivered us back to the hotel as the sun set. When I told the people at the front desk what had happened, and how the "tour" had been misrepresented, and we stranded 60 km out in the desert, they shrugged and blamed the company. End of story.
