Still under renovation, but we could see how lovely it will be. Nice rooms and in the future also a cosy living room with breakfast table (for all to share). The location is a bit outside the main town that we had to take the car to the main town for dinner.

Perfection! I was pleasantly surprised when I received way more than expected! The attention to small details throughout this amazing venue really impressed me. Everything carefully and tastefully prepared for our convenience. Manageress Katie is extraordinary and made us feel like family with her home cooked 5-star quality perfect breakfasts. Will most certainly book this venue again whenever I go to beautiful Plettenberg Bay again! Real value for money & super affordable! Special thanks to Brigitte for spoiling me with the Whale room with the most stunning views even when the weather was cold & rainy. Well done & 5 gold star rating from a usually fussy traveler, Vicky xxx

Breakfast is excellent,the view breathtaking and the service first class everything is within walking distance very comfortable layout of the rooms the staff is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable while they are there

We had a wonderful stay here. Thanda Vista is located on the edge of Plettenberg Bay in a quiet neighborhood not far from the beach. It was no problem to park our rental car on the premises. JP and Petro accomodated us in the Tulip room (nice reference to our nationality). It is a nice size room. Definetely well appointed to and decorated with lots of love. It has a balcony with a lovely view towards the ocean. All the amenities you need are available (TV, laundry service, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities incl. rusks for an early morning rise). Free WIFI is available in the lounge. Their eye for details showed itself again by finding a Dutch flag on the breakfast table. They serve a very large breakfast. You won't go hungry for a long time. Upon arrival we were welcomed by JP. He took the time to sit with us and tell us all about Plett, the places to go, what to do and where to eat. The day we left he also made some recommendations for stuff to do on our roadtrip to Oudtshoorn.

Room with balcony and sea view. The breakfast is phenomenal, especially the fruit plate. You can get an egg dish like you want. There is air condition, many TV programms, coffee and tea and a perfectly equipped bathroom.

Everything was fine! We spent a very good time as a family. Great hosts. The location is close to the seaside. Beautiful view at breakfast. Delicious breakfast with a plate of fresh fruits. Excellent service!

Wir sind im November für eine Nacht im Thanda Vista untergekommen und waren vom Haus, sowie noch mehr von den Gastgebern begeistert. Paul hat uns alles erkl?rt und stand jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das reichhaltige Frühstück im ersten Stock ist gro?artig, da man toll über die Landschaft blicken kann und es einem an nichts mangelt. Wir würden wieder kommen! Lieben Dank Paul ...
