Hi Michael. Every room comes with a starter pack of towels and amenities. When this has run out we are only a short walk to the convenience store. We are very sorry about your bad experience. We live onsite and are always contactable by phone. If you wanted to use the free bikes ect you could have called us and we would have been happy you help you. Kind regards
