    Hotel Schneeberg Family Resort & Spa

    Surrounded by the Dolomites, Hotel Schneeberg FAMILY SPA RESORT offers a 32808 ft² spa and wellness area. It features a heated open air pool, 3 restaurants and an indoor children playground with a swimming pool.

    With a balcony with mountain views, all rooms and suites are decorated with Alpine-style furnishings and carpeted floors. Each comes with free Wi-Fi access, a satellite LCD TV and a private bathroom equipped with free toiletries and a hairdryer.

    The 3 restaurants, one of which is reserved for guests and has a terrace, serve regional specialties, as well as international cuisine and pizza. A sweet and savory breakfast is served daily.

    Guests can boat and ice skate on the natural lake. Free hiking tours, free babysitting for kids of 3 years and older, billiards, bowling, mini golf and table tennis are all available service.

    Racines ski area is 9.3 mi away and ski passes can be directly purchased at Hotel Schneeberg. A bus stop to Vipiteno is right in front of the property.

    • Guest：Consiglio questo Hotel per le molteplici attività che propone. Noi non sciando non abbiamo approfittato del transfert (gratuito) per gli impianti. E mio figlio non ha voluto andare al mini club. Ma ci sono comunque tante attività per i bambini, giochi, scivoli, parco acquatico coperto. Il mangiare buonissimo, abbiamo sempre chiesto il bis. E le camere sono belle grandi e spaziose e pulite. Con servizio pulizie, asciugamani compresi giornaliero. Tutto perfetto.
    • Guest：Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in questa struttura meravigliosa incastonata in un ambiente da favola. Bellissima camera, nuova e molto pulita, piscine incantevoli ed intrattenimento per tutta la famiglia. Molta cura nei dettagli, che per una struttura così grande non è da dare per scontato.Che dire?! Tutto meraviglioso. Il nostro bimbo di 8 anni si è divertito un mondo tra bingo, mini club, playground e Active arena! Molto belli e simpatici gli animali del loro zoo. Sicuramente all hotel Schneeberg non ci si annoia.Se proprio vogliamo trovare il pelo nell uovo consiglierei più varietà nel buffet della cena che è quasi sempre uguale tutte le sere. Nel complesso è stata un esperienza più che positiva, speriamo di poter essere ancora loro ospiti moto presto.

Camera veramente ampia e accogliente e sempre pulita, cibo più che buono con personale in sala disponibile ed educato, un grande ringraziamento ai ragazzi del Mini club veramente fantastici dove mio figlio ci è stato veramente bene e dove non vede l'ora di tornarci. L' unica pecca è stata quella di essere stato richiamato perché non risultavano consegnati gli accappatoi ma in realtà erano stati consegnati un' ora prima, altrimenti sarebbe stato tutto veramente perfetto. Detto questo piccolo inconveniente, è una struttura che consiglierei a tutte le famiglie con bimbi piccoli che vogliono rilassarsi e staccare dalla vita quotidiana. Un punto a favore anche il bellissimo complesso di risalita di Racines a circa 20 minuti dove se fossi in voi creerei un bonus navetta con maggiori opportunità di partenza e arrivo rispetto a quello ora proposto. Bravi sicuramente ci torneremo
    • Guest：We stayed there for 1 week in July. The hotel has its pros, but definitely also its cons. Pros: The adults only area is great and quite new. Especially, the saunas and the adults only swimming pool are great. The child playground in the basement is huge and offers a lot. Cons: The food is very poor, especially given its in Southern Tirol, which generally is known for great food. For example during breakfast they offer some very poor choice of cheese and it seems like they purchase it from a discounter, as its not delicious at all and presented very poorly. For lunch they always offer some noodles with tomato sauce or minced meat, which is not bad per se, but not for 1 whole week! I mean why not some carbonara or pesto sauce? And one particular point to mention is that for lunch all people need to eat in a very small area, given most of the space which is available during breakfast and dinner is closed. Thus, it's extremely crowded during lunch, noisy and the staff is totally overstrained. For dinner, they always offer the very same salads. I mean I don't mind the same salads but they only offer very simple ones (e.g., grated carrots, green salad) without any toppings (i.e., no tomato-mozzarella salad, no rice salad etc.). There would be so many options but they absolutely go with the minimum. Then, the swimming area generally is big but the number of sunbeds isn't and so we had to sit on the floor several times. This might be because the weather wasn't always nice but for a hotel pretending to be top notch there should be enough sunbeds and space inside as well. The kids playground in the basement is huge but they don't care about the simple things, for example the kids toys were lacking batteries all time. We informed the reception several times but nothing changed. So, in essence besides the great adults only area we can't confirm some of the great reviews here. It seems the hotel might want to save costs after corona, but that goes along some very serious detriments. Therefore, we can't recommend this hotel at all!
