    • Guest：Great customer service and room, stiff bed. The staff was so helpful, booked us our transfer to and from the airport and dock. The biggest bonus was they asked when we were checking out which was crazy early and they brought some breakfast out just for us. Beautiful views and lovely pool. Close to the bus stop.

    • Guest：We stayed here with a travel Group (TripADeal) and we’re extremely disappointed. The Twin room booked was of good size however the bedding was a queen bed and a sofa lounge which was broken in the middle and just 2” off the floor. The shower was filthy dirty and covered in mould and the bathroom vent sounded like a jet plane taking off. When this was reported to Reception, we were told to just turn it off (not ideal when there was no window in the bathroom to open). There is no kettle, tea or coffee facilities which would have been lovely given we arrived late at night. There is also no water provided. The owner (elderly lady in the front desk) was very abrupt and not helpful at all. The younger girl was lovely although she didn’t have any discretion to assist when requested. Breakfast was quite good with reasonable variety. The supermarket across the road was handy however Messaria itself was not a good first impression of Santorini. It is quite dirty and the roads are quite dangerous to walk along (bitumen is broken with no footpath to speak of). The bus stop is down hill about a 5 minute walk and the bus to Fira is a good service. About e1.60 and then you get a 2nd bus to Oia for the same amount. Overall this Hotel was disappointing however could be quite good with a bit of TLC and a nice owner.
