Η εξυπηρ?τησ? τη? ?ταν ?ψογη, π?ντα με χαμ?γελο και προθυμ?α να βοηθ?σει. Την ευχαριστ? πολ? για την υπ?ροχη φροντ?δα και την ?μορφη εν?ργεια που μεταδ?δει. ?νθρωποι σαν την ?ντζελα κ?νουν τη διαμον? στο Grand Meteora Hotel ακ?μη πιο ξεχωριστ?!

L’h?tel était bien et très propre mais était pas du tout insonorisé, le personnel pas très jovial et pour un 5 étoiles , ?a ne passe pas. Les services de la piscine payant ?a aussi ?a ne passe pas , manquait beaucoup de service aux clients .

Stayed for 2 nights as part of a small group tour of 14 people with our guide . Our tour company had asked for a room with a walk in shower . On asking Reception why this had not happened I was told it was possible but we would have no balcony. No offer to look at the room , maybe it has a terrace ? Not brilliant customer service . There was a very nice view from our room balcony , the beds & pillows were comfortable. Shame about the bathroom & shower . Dinner & breakfast were not sadly up to the quality & choice of dishes that the other 6 hotels we stayed in during our tour. We did sit for a while on a terrace outside in the evening which was ok . No nice gardens or pool . It was quiet disappointing that our UK tour company chose this hotel .

Accuei moyen pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. Une boisson de bienvenue pourrait améliorer la sensation d'accueil froid. La chambre est plut?t agréable mais vaut surtout pour la vue sur les Météores. Les lumières de la chambre sont toutes tamisées par des tissus foncés, ce qui donne une sensation de pièce sombre. Nous avons testé la piscine intérieure. Elle est payante (7 euros par personne pour 3 heures max). Cette pratique est surprenante alors que le prix de la chambre est bien celui d'un 5 étoiles en Grèce. La gratuité devrait d'autant s'imposer que le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas. Idem pour le col de cygne. Pour ce qui est du Wifi, il n'est pas très stable et il faut le relancer fréquemment. Dernier point : les groupes en voyage organisé sont omniprésents dans l'h?tel. Ne pas prévoir de prendre le petit-déjeuner avant 8h. Avant, c'est la cohue et si vous êtes en solo, ne pas s'attendre a être pris en compte par le Personnel. Enfin, lorsque vous arrivez à le prendre, la qualité du petit-déjeuner n'est pas au niveau d'un 5 étoiles. Le jus d'orange est un "succédané " au go?t d'orange sans plus. En conclusion, si vous êtes en solo, ne dépensez pas pour cet h?tel qui a pour seul attrait la vue sur les Météores (si vous avez réservé une chambre dans cette catégorie). Il y a d'autres h?tels avec vue sur les Météores. Ils sont moins chers mais je ne les ai pas testés...

The stunning location is squandered by low quality facilities. The five star claim is misleading and more like average three star. There is no outdoor pool, despite a gift of a location among the rocks of Meteora. Food is really poor, with tough meat which seems to be microwaved and potatoes swimming in oil. Breakfast is poor with synthetic tasting orange juice. Tables are not laid so you have to get your own stuff like a road side cafe. Rooms are gloomy and dated. Our double room was a good size but with four single very hard beds pushed in pairs either side if a table, meaning light switches were in the wrong places. Decor is very dated and we had an ant problem in the room. The outside if the hotel has more car parking than amenities giving the feeling if a motel. Bizarrely, Fast growing Leylandii fir trees have been planted on the perimeter, meaning that the spectacular view will soon be blocked. Someone needs wake up and rescue this hotel and tame advantage of its spectacular setting.

就是一般的三星旅游酒店，门口的小路晚上都不敢进出，五星绝对算不上。冬季也要一千来块，价不符实！

Beautiful clean hotel with amazing views of Meteora rocks.
Comfortable beds.

The breakfast should be upgraded according to a 5 stars hotel.

Завтрак так себе , но персонал очень приветливый
Чайников в номере нет , после 23:00 кофе чай себе не сделать
Сауну посетить или хамам , по записи и не более получаса - на а 7 евро
Бассейн посетить - 13 евро - нонсенс для 5*
Позднее заселение в 00:00 сторожем , по всей видимости , отобрали паспорт , так как не в компетенции сторожа проверить бронь.
Отель как вокзал для больших групп на одну ночь. В общем , подумайте , в Метеоре есть частные отели в которых будут гораздо гостеприимнее чем тут
К персоналу , вообще нет претензий
