Super Hotel em Miami Beach
Hotel incrível com atendimento impecável. Nota 10 em todos os quesitos. Eu e minha família gostamos de tudo. Ressalto a dedica??o e o carinho do concierge Paulo, brasileiro muito simpático que fez a nossa estadia ficar ainda melhor. Obrigado.

Beautiful setting and resort - suite style accommodations with full kitchen and washer / dryer. ONLY negative is the furniture in the living dining area was NOT COMFORTABLE to sit and visit with family (one of the main reasons we booked the suite). Couch and chairs had odd backs that were not comfortable for any size person to sit very long.

The staff is outstanding on all levels from the front desk, bar, valet, wait staff etc. The Setai was a shining gem 20 years ago and is badly in need of a major renovation. The once 5 star property is about a 4+ now.The staff makes the property better than it actually is. The pool area needs to be further separated with adults only and a kids side far away.
