設施：非常棒，不愧是南通最好的酒店，應有盡有。房間衞生間特別大，雙臺盆設計，智能馬桶，大浴缸，都是高端酒店標配。衞生：沒找到缺點，打掃很勤快。服務：本次住宿的最大亮點，從到酒店下車迎賓開始洲際酒店就開始體現了高服務水準。我從頭到尾沒提過行李，下車有人拿，上樓有人帶，退房也是幫我把行李提到后備箱的。每個遇到的服務人員都會熱情地打招呼。入住的時候前臺很熱情地幫我免費升級了房型，升到了狼山景觀房，視野特別棒。還主動幫我關聯了洲際的積分，還贈送了我一份會員飲料，可以帶回房間喝。另外，酒店的早餐和晚餐都特別棒，豐富且有品質。自助晚餐有大閘蟹，膏很豐滿，哈根達斯，甜蝦，牛排，鵝肝，都是我的最愛，連吃了兩天。晚上還有現場表演，很有氛圍。早餐也很豐富，帶孩子住特別省心，完全不用擔心吃的問題。通過攜程預訂還送了，兩張 100 的抵扣券，性價比更高了。環境：狼山景觀特別好，酒店也有自己的景觀，有黑天鵝，景觀湖，讓人心曠神怡。

Staff is very friendly. Room is spacious and very clean. There are a lot of options for breakfast, and everything is delicious. The hotel is about 10 min by car, from the nearest shopping mall. It is no possible to go the city center by foot.

This is not our first time staying at this hotel and it certainly won’t be our last. The staff helped us with our luggage and welcomed us at the door. Check-in was quick and easy and staff spoke good English. We were taken to our room which had been decorated very nicely to celebrate our anniversary. The room was modern and clean and overlooked the lake and Wolf mountain. The swimming pool is clean and had a lifeguard on duty. Breakfast had a wide variety of items to choose from; both local and international. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and look forward to our next trip.

Espectacular hotel in at the Jangtse river. Very high standard rooms. Would return inmediatly to the hotel in next trip to Nantong.
