Nettes Appartement/-hotel in zentraler Lage (aber nicht laut), gutes reichhaltiges Frühstück, Schwimmbad und Sauna vorhanden (war sehr positiv weil Therme wegen Schlechtwetters bereits vor 11.00 Uhr gesperrt war), sehr freundliches Personal, Preis/Leistung o.k.

Sch?nes Apartment und tolles Frühstück. Sehr nettes Personal. Sch?ner Wellnessbereich. Cooles Ambiente, vor allem im Restaurant. Gute Lage zum Skigebiet und zum Ort (Kaprun). Skikeller mit Skistiefeltrocknern und Tiefgarage. Coole Sticker

Ich habe das Hotel mit 5 von 5 Punkten bewertet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die herzliche Begrü?ung und die detaillierte Einführung. Das Zimmer war schon früh fertig, sodass wir es direkt beziehen konnten. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und der Service durchgehend top. Der Wellnessbereich war sauber, gro?zügig und bot verschiedene Entspannungsm?glichkeiten. Der Au?enpool war angenehm warm und es gab unterschiedliche Saunen. Insgesamt ein tolles, modernes Hotel mit einem ansprechenden Interieur.

New, clean and very beautiful hotel with nice spa and good breakfast - props to the owner(s) and the designers. Downsides are mainly staff related: - Hotel manager who on day 1 makes up rules to try to charge additional expenses to which I did not consent to, which then generate an overall negative energy for everything else - People working at the reception who obviously do not qualify to be receptionists - generally, the staff working in the hotel are not trying too hard be polite or helpful - room cleaning is not daily, which must have been the case for the price paid (almost 500eur/night for 2 people in medium apartment) There are definitely hotels in Austria with better value for money, but this hotel has very good potential if staffing situation improves.

Lovely hotel, very friendly staff and excellent food. Really enjoyed our visit and was convenient for the slopes (we rented a locker at the lift station to make it easy). Pool and spa are very nice and room was well equipped. Only request would be to make it easier to connect to Netflix, etc on the tv. Will be back.

A really enjoyable stay for a family of 6. The food is amazing especially the breakfast, all the staff are so welcoming and friendly. It is very clean and very well run hotel. The outdoor pool is really nice especially after a day on the slopes. I would highly recommend
