                                Guest：I would give this hotel an average rating. The interior decor of the lobby was strange and they kept the lobby and the floor hallways so cold that even the desk staff and other employees had to wear jackets. It was very uncomfortable coming in off the streets to such a cold environment. When asked of the numerous reception desk receptionists throughout the day why they kept it so cold that they had to wear jackets, they said they didn't know. I ended up getting a chest cold from the cold environment. My bed was comfortable, so I will give the hotel a 5 on that. But the room was noisy from both the outside and from the hallways.  I had to twice tell the housekeeping to turn down their walkie talkie radios.  Breakfast was about the same everyday. Nothing to write home about. I will say the fruit was delicious but everything else was ok.  Not much selection.  I had to have maintenance come and repair the hand towel holder that was just glued on the tile and fell off my first day.  Took two days and numerous requests at the front desk for them to come and repair it. The maintenance man did properly install it this time using a drill and screw instead of glue.
