Hi and thank you for your review, we take all reviews seriously. However your booking was for two adults and when you checked in you also had a child and there is an Extra person charge of NZD$45.. You asked if you could cancel on arrival and I advised that you were well inside the cancellation policy and you paid for your child to stay. I certainly did not say you were not allowed to stay, that is not correct.We thank you for staying with us and I hope your trip to Milford was a great success. Kindest Regards Kerri and SteveI
