Amazing hotel, the staff were great and so accommodating. The little touches they do to make your stay comfortable were a lovely surprise. We will definately be going there again.

Tutto perfetto,sotto ogni punto di vista.A cominciare dall’accoglienza in reception.Bella,pulita e spaziosa la camera.Ottima la colazione.Nel pomeriggio offrono una merenda con caffè e dolci.

Lovely hotel in Lucca.
The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The room was lovely and quiet.
The breakfast was amazing.
We used the complimentary bikes to ride around the Lucca city walls which was fun.
I would totally recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Lucca.

ótima experiência no Hotel Ilaria, em Lucca. Hotel muito bom, funcionários prestativos e um charme especial, totalmente alinhado com o clima da cidade.
O único ponto negativo é o estacionamento: as informa??es n?o s?o claras e, no nosso caso, n?o estava disponível, o que nos obrigou a estacionar um pouco distante.
Ainda assim, recomendo a estadia.
