The rooms need some major work done. Could have been alot cleaner. There were bedbugs also.

Overall experience was good, reception was absolutely lovely!! Other customers were quite loud especially at 7 in the morning but that’s fine and for almost $200 for one night I thought there would be milk for the coffee provided, since I’m not American or 100 years old I like milk in my coffee, but a 30 second walk to night owl for a coffee wasn’t bad at all, great place to stay just forgot about the little things ??

It’s a really nice place to stay with family. We booked two bedroom suite and it was great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We used laundry facilities as well. A word of caution - dryer permanent press cycle makes clothing really really hot - don’t burn yourself. They have complimentary coffee and sometimes little muffins as well. Our flight out of Cairns got cancelled and so I emailed to request a room for extra night, but didn’t get response so booked another hotel. It’s far from the coast, board walk etc but close to one of Indian restaurants in town.

Nice accommodation. Clean room and friendly staff. They had complimentary coffee and muffins every morning which was great.

ホテルの设备や清洁感check outの际のスタッフの対応は良かったですが、Late checkinをあらかじめ连络していたのにも関わらず、当日连络が来なかったため到着时に电话するとホテルの管理人か知りませんが男に人に繋がり、私は今ベットだ！なんだよ！と电话でキレられました。
