Everything from beginning to end was spectacular! Easy and pleasant check-in, superior room, very clean, beautiful view and also an way checkout. We will be returning for sure. Thank you to the staff who made our stay so pleasant for the holidays :)

Loft was huge and lovely. Amazing location and great staff. We’ve stayed a lot in Old Montréal and this may be the best rental we’ve had there.

The construction and renovations in the next room was inconvenient and the stair way was extremely messy from this work. The smell from the materials etc was also not welcoming Disappointed in this inconvenience

The rooms and the staff are excellent. If you are not looking for your typical hotel stay, want a bigger room and right in the heart of Old Port Montreal there is no better option

Great room. Great view. Great location. Would have given 4 stars, but… very loud music from restaurant downstairs in until midnight. Also, no sound deadening between rooms. Also, no front door mat. Nowhere for winter boots = swamp at front door.

We had a lovely stay at the Lofts! Great location and the staff were super friendly. They went above and beyond. I would recommend this place to anyone who asks.

We had a lovely stay in a very enjoyable room. The staff at the Auberge was lovely throughout. The location (although a bit touristy on the weekend) is perfect, and the unit had everything we needed. The reason for my 4- (let's call it a 4.5-) star review versus a solid 5 is simply do to a set of understandable factors one should consider before booking: - The unit we had was noisy with loud music at night from below and early morning stomping from the unit above. These are old buildings and that, while a bit annoying, is the nature of an old building. Charm won out. - Hot water was difficult to maintain at a solid temp in the shower. Again...old building. - Be prepared to carry your bags (or get front desk help) up the stairs as there is no elevator, or at least there wasn't in our building. Again...old building. All in all, we had a lovely stay in a unique property for a good price. We will definitely book again even knowing what we know to be "part of the deal" #oldbuilding

Beautiful old building overlooking the oldest street in Montreal. That being said, there is no elevators for the lofts, so be prepared to walk up some flights of stairs. The hotel personnel are very helpful and will help with luggage. Wonderful place to experience the essence of Old Montreal.
